




Responsible for attending to residents, visitors, and service providers, ensuring an organized and secure flow at the front desk. Manages access control, provides guidance on internal procedures, and supports condominium-related requests, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. **Responsibilities:** * Manage entry and exit of residents, visitors, and vendors. * Provide in-person and telephone assistance, delivering clear and polite information. * Record incidents, deliveries, and movements in the condominium’s system/spreadsheets. * Facilitate communication among management, the building manager (syndic), and residents. * Strictly adhere to security protocols and internal regulations. * Maintain organization of the reception area and adjacent common areas. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in reception or customer service (preferably in condominiums). * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Basic computer literacy. * **Preferred:** Basic/intermediate English for occasional interactions; familiarity with access control systems.
