Job Summary: The Bench Electrician I ensures the accuracy and safety of electricity meter testing, serves customers, and maintains the organization of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Compliance with standards and best practices The **Bench Electrician I** is tasked with ensuring the accuracy and safety of electricity meter testing, providing customer service, and maintaining the organization of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE), always in compliance with applicable standards and best practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conducting electricity meter testing; * Receiving work orders, performing material and safety checklists; * Ensuring work execution; * Inspecting the condition of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), and tools; * Immediately reporting any situations deemed hazardous; * Reporting any incidents to Supervisors and Safety Technicians; * Participating in training programs to qualify for work and safety procedures; * Maintaining company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement as needed; * Assisting in installing measurement equipment for testing; * Assembling primary and secondary concentrators; * Configuring secondary concentrators; * Assembling modules for insertion into concentrator enclosures; * Sorting meters via visual inspection and continuity testing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Hard Skills (Technical Skills)** * Completed high school education; * Electrician or Electrotechnician certification; * Knowledge of CPFL operational instructions (preferred); * Prior experience as an Electrician (desirable); **Soft Skills (Behavioral Skills)** Concentrated attention, commitment to safety, communication, discipline, customer focus, organization, proactivity, resilience, responsibility, teamwork, agility, commitment, availability, and collaboration. **What We Seek in Every Employee: Work safely, be creative, collaborative, empathetic, share knowledge, and be sustainable.** **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** To care for your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, and Life Insurance; Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance — your choice!
