Responsibilities: * Greet and serve customers warmly, ensuring friendly and efficient service. * Present the menu, answer questions, and suggest pairings between coffees/beverages and house products. * Prepare coffees and specialty beverages according to brand standards, as needed. * Assist in organizing the dining area, product scheduling, and cleaning the coffee station. * Ensure the café environment remains pleasant and well-organized. * Follow hygiene and food safety procedures. * Collaborate as part of a team to ensure smooth service delivery and high-quality service. Requirements: * Experience in customer service, preferably in cafés, restaurants, or bakeries. * Interest and willingness to learn about coffees, specialty beverages, and brewing methods. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience as a barista or formal training in the field. * Knowledge of latte art. * Experience working in establishments with a premium concept.
