




We are looking for a dedicated, punctual, and committed BAKER to join our team. The professional will be responsible for preparing, producing, and supplying breads and other bakery products, ensuring quality and standardization of items. Available Shifts: * Single shift: 7:10 AM to 3:30 PM Weekly day off on Sundays. Responsibilities: * Prepare doughs and fillings for savory snacks (coxinhas, empadas, risoles, kibes, pastéis, among others), following technical sheets and company standards. * Shape, fill, and finish products, ensuring standardized weight, shape, and quality. * Fry, bake, or freeze savory snacks according to defined processes. * Monitor usage and expiration dates of ingredients, ensuring proper storage. * Maintain organization and hygiene of the work area, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health surveillance regulations. * Comply with good food handling practices and food safety regulations. * Support the team in large-scale production and meeting special demands (orders, events, production peaks). Requirements: * Knowledge of good food handling practices and health surveillance regulations. * Agility and organization for large-scale production work. * Ability to follow technical sheets and quality standards. * Attention to detail and product standardization. * Commitment to personal and workplace hygiene. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Completed elementary education (preferred).
