We are looking for a professional to take on the mission of spreading happiness by representing our company and bringing our strategy to life.** **Responsibilities and duties** **Supporting construction sites and teams:** Collaborate with construction, maintenance, or logistics teams as required by the department. Assist in material handling and loading when necessary. **Reporting and communication:** Complete operational reports and preventive maintenance checklists. Report any malfunction, need for repair, or irregularity observed in the machine to the responsible department. **Safety and prevention:** Operate the equipment while adhering to occupational safety regulations to prevent accidents and equipment damage. Properly mark operational areas and follow the company’s safety procedures. **Basic equipment maintenance:** Conduct daily inspections of the equipment, checking oil, coolant, fuel levels, and general conditions of tires and hydraulic systems. Perform periodic lubrication and cleaning of the machine to ensure proper operation. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education; Relevant work experience; Valid Brazilian driver’s license, category D; Training course for heavy machinery operators; Proficiency in backhoe controls and operating systems; Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance. **Additional information** All our job openings are also available to People with Disabilities (PcD).
