Job Summary: Professional to operate various machines in conservation, maintenance, and earthmoving activities, ensuring proper care of equipment and adherence to safety regulations. Teamwork and focus on operational safety Operate various machines (mini-loader, backhoe loader, compaction roller); occasionally drive the team leader's truck during routine conservation activities, slope cutting and filling, erosion process recovery, lateral shaping, and other related tasks as required, material handling/collection, asphalt or similar surfacing. Also responsible for equipment care and upkeep; monitor and inform immediate supervisor regarding corrective/preventive maintenance needs for equipment. Act in accordance with organizational values. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate various machines to excavate, level, grade, and compact soil and similar materials, prepare concrete, and apply asphalt or similar surfacing. * Use mechanical shovel to excavate and move soil, rocks, sand, gravel, and clean the ground, facilitating removal of required material. * Construct new roads, clear vegetation, and/or cut embankments for street and gutter construction. * Perform earthmoving tasks such as removal, distribution, surface leveling, finishing, and others. * Maintain and clean machines, accessories, and tools used in performing assigned tasks. * Perform fill-in operations. * Occasionally drive the equipment transport truck (backhoe loader and/or mini-loader) to designated work sites. * Conduct machine and equipment inspections to identify defects and operational abnormalities. * Respond to team requests and, as needed, perform emergency repairs, cleaning, and clearing of roadways. * Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools under one's responsibility. * Use personal and collective protective equipment provided by the company and specified for the activity. * Assist in attaching and detaching implements. * Load trucks with materials and tools required for maintenance services, and assist in unloading and organizing materials in the warehouse. * At times, perform auxiliary tasks for the team in routine basic duties not requiring specific training for the role. * Comply with all Occupational Health and Safety regulations and refrain from performing tasks for which one has not been trained, qualified, and authorized; report any observed irregularities to the immediate supervisor. * Occasionally assist with other engineering services. * Understand responsibilities under the Integrated Management System (IMS) regarding quality, environmental aspects and impacts, and hazards and risks associated with one’s work, compliance with IMS Policy and Emergency Response Plan. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues, contributing relevant topics for one’s team and other participating teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completion of elementary school preferred; **EXPERIENCE** * Experience as a general services assistant or official assistant in building and routine maintenance preferred; **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * NR-12 certification mandatory; * Valid Brazilian driver's license category C mandatory; **SKILLS** * Results-oriented; * Ownership mindset; * Teamwork; * Operational safety and efficiency; * Ethical behavior; **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Marília/SP * Administrative shift **BENEFITS** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR).
