If you seek a place where talent, respect, and opportunities go hand in hand, your next career step may begin here. **Hospitality is a work of heart** **Job Description** * Verify billing by comparing service orders and invoices against reservations made, and forward invoices to customers. * Check whether payments due the previous day have been made, update customer accounts accordingly, contact customers with overdue invoices for collection, record relevant information, and perform follow\-up until actual payment is received. * Attend to customers by providing information and clarifying various questions related to invoices. * Cancel and reissue invoices when necessary. * Verify agency commission invoices via the system and forward them for payment to Accounts Payable. * Perform reconciliation of ongoing customer and guest accounts. * Assist with monthly closing. * Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations, departmental policies, and procedures. * Embody the ideal Heartist Accor attitudes. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department. * Know and apply Accor’s compliance and LGPD policy concepts and practices. **Qualifications** Open-mindedness Customer focus Self-confidence Initiative/Proactivity Communication Team spirit Business awareness and continuous improvement Discretion Concentration Agility Discipline Flexibility Organization Sense of priority Attention to detail Diligence/Carefulness **Additional Information** Important skills: Computer literacy as a user Problem solving
