Opportunities for de-hospitalization and report development A medical clinic in São Paulo is seeking an Audit Nurse. **Responsibilities:** Evaluate and participate in processes related to the technical relevance of hospitalized patient length of stay. Identify opportunities for de-hospitalization. Develop and review technical reports on monitoring of inpatients. Identify, assess, and manage issues related to adverse events. Previous experience as a Specialist Nurse, Quality Nurse, Control Nurse, or Audit Nurse may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
