




**FINANCIAL ASSISTANT** (Receivables) Temporary position – 3 months, with high chance of permanent hiring **Location:** Parque Anhanguera\- SP **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; On\-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); Life insurance (after permanent hiring); Health insurance (after permanent hiring) **uWorking hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1\-hour lunch break) **Responsibilities:** * Sending electronic billing files * Instructions for payment clearance, extension, protest, and notary office procedures * Issuing duplicate invoices * Proactive telephone collections from customers * Occasional support for Payables routines (vacation/absence coverage) **Requirements:** * Experience with Microsiga / TOTVS system * Experience in Receivables * Intermediate Excel skills * Knowledge of Payables will be considered a plus * Bachelor’s degree is not required Job type: Temporary Contract duration: 90 days Payment: R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On\-site
