This position targets professionals with business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to structure processes and support the financial growth of operations. * Cash flow management and bank reconciliation; * Billing, commission, and payment disbursement control; * Liaison with accounting departments and suppliers; * Development of managerial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Payment, cost, and expense control; * Review and improvement of financial processes; * Support in setting financial goals and conducting financial analysis; * Monitoring of operational KPIs and early-warning signals. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of cash flow management, reconciliation, and financial control; * Analytical, organized profile with business acumen; * Ability to work autonomously and with ownership mindset; * Strong communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability; * Attention to detail and focus on preventing financial errors; * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in clinics, healthcare, or service-based companies; * Familiarity with financial KPIs and process structuring; * Knowledge of Conta Azul or similar financial systems; * Experience with variable compensation and commission control. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
