Job Summary: Support operational routines of the Tax team, including invoice recording, registration of symbolic returns, and tax reconciliation. Key Highlights: 1. Support for operational routines in the Tax team 2. Recording of invoices and registration of tax documents 3. Assistance in tax reconciliation and journal entries The candidate will support operational routines of the team, including: Recording of invoices for non-commercial transactions (shipments, returns, warehousing, etc.). Registration of symbolic return invoices. Assistance in reconciling certain taxes, as directed by the team. Support in journal entries for warehousing shipments and other related documents. General support for operational demands of the Tax team based in Valinhos. **Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of tax operations (even if introductory) * General understanding of document recording and administrative routines. * Ability to work with systems for registering tax documents.
