




Provide technical support (on-site and remote) to users with hardware, software, network, and internal systems issues. Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and resources. Monitor and analyze service tickets in the Service Desk and assist in maintaining technical documentation and asset inventory. Basic knowledge of operating systems and office tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace). Ability to diagnose and resolve routine hardware problems (desktops, laptops, printers). Understanding of networks and information security/antivirus. Higher education or technical course in progress in the Technology field.
