IT Assistant

Description

**Mission:** Perform information technology-related activities aimed at facilitating user support and enabling the company's business needs. **Your daily responsibilities will include:** * Install programs and application software as required by the IT department; * Create email, Spark, domain, and other corporate system user accounts and configure them on computers; * Provide network user support; * Format computers as required; * Perform physical and logical cleaning of computers; * Assemble and maintain computer hardware; * Grant file server and Active Directory access permissions to users; * Enable or block internet access for users via the corporate firewall; * Replace components and peripherals when necessary; * Provide basic support to ERP (Totvs Protheus) system users; * Periodically review surveillance cameras and maintain the PABX system; * Assist in equipment replacement during employee workspace layout changes; * Perform related tasks as determined by your immediate manager; * Clean and maintain your workplace in hygienic, organized, and safe conditions; * Comply with established work standards, procedures, as well as quality management system policies, objectives, and goals; * Suggest process improvements to achieve better performance outcomes; * Perform related tasks as determined by your immediate manager. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a technical course in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields; * Knowledge of TCP/IP network configurations; * Computer assembly and maintenance experience; * Basic knowledge of operating system maintenance; * Familiarity with Windows Server. **Benefits?
