




Job Summary: The professional will manage patient flow, schedule appointments, check vital signs, coordinate examinations, maintain records, and communicate with patients. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of records and preparation of medical charts Receive and direct patients; schedule appointments; check vital signs such as pulse, temperature, blood pressure, and respiratory rate. * Receive new and existing patients upon arrival for consultations or procedures * Schedule consultations with both new and returning patients * Make copies and fax documents to other medical offices upon receiving an official request for information * Review patients' insurance documents and identify which procedures are covered, as well as required deductibles * Organize and maintain patient files and records, and obtain examination results as needed for physician evaluation * Coordinate with other hospital departments to schedule MRI, X-ray, or blood tests * Contact patients to inform them of upcoming appointments and reschedule as necessary * Prepare patient files and medical charts prior to discharge and transfer to other physicians or departments
