This is **YOUR** moment!! **Responsibilities** * Sort materials according to event setup checklists; * Pack, label, and prepare items for safe transportation; * Monitor material dispatch and return, ensuring integrity and verification upon return; * Conduct rotating inventories of shipping materials and report discrepancies; * Update labels, boxes, and item identifications as needed; * Assist in restocking and reorganizing inventory after events; * Follow administrative and logistics control procedures; * Promptly report any shortages, damages, or maintenance needs for materials; * Collaborate with the inventory and scenic design teams to continuously improve logistics processes. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in inventory, logistics, or shipping (preferred); * Organizational skills, agility, and sense of responsibility; * Ability to follow procedures and maintain control standards; * Strong communication skills and team spirit; * Availability for overtime or on-call shifts on event dates (as required).
