Job Summary: HR professional to manage payroll, hiring, termination, vacation, leave of absence, and client support at an accounting office. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in e-Social and payroll systems HR Department Assistant \- 1350 Responsibilities: * Payroll Closing: Perform monthly payroll closing, including calculation of pro-labore, statutory charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and submission of e-Social. * Employment Lifecycle Management: Handle hiring and termination processes (registrations, notices, and statutory deadlines). * Vacation and Leave of Absence: Calculate and monitor vacation balances and leaves of absence. * Client Support: Provide direct client assistance and guidance on labor-related matters. * Annual Support: Manage annual tasks such as the 13th salary and collective vacations. * Compliance: Monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements and legal updates, and provide support regarding statutory deadlines and mandatory occupational safety documentation. Essential Requirements: * **Solid experience in HR department routines, with specialized work at accounting offices.** * **Knowledge of the Dominio system** * Comprehensive understanding of the CLT, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Union Agreements. * Experience across all HR routines: payroll closing, hiring, termination, benefits, and time tracking. * Proficiency in e\-Social and payroll systems (e.g., Onvio or similar).
