With infrastructure designed to support and empower our teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformation journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct inspections and audits at stores to ensure service compliance and adherence to regulations. * Prepare technical reports and checklists documenting performed activities. * Drive company vehicles to carry out assigned duties; a Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) is a desirable or mandatory requirement for this position. * Ensure continuity and quality of services provided, preventing operational and legal risks. * Record all performed activities—including dates, times, addresses, and relevant information regarding service interruptions and reconnections—in the Company’s internal system. * Report incidents to supervision. * Act professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive corporate image with customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIRED BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES** * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with strong negotiation skills; * Proactivity and ability to effectively resolve demands; * Adaptability to change and new demands; * Teamwork capability; * Assertiveness and agility. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education * Knowledge of Quality Criteria – Customer Service; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). .
