Responsibilities: Assist the customer service team leader with monthly performance metrics for the DF regional Concierge team; Serve patients by identifying service category, payment method, and type of examination; inform and guide them regarding procedures required for each category (health insurance or private); Track active lead generation requests via PHONE or WHATSAPP for regional units; Register patients fully in the system, including: CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer registry), full name, date of birth, health insurance plan, health insurance card number, e-mail, phone numbers, and address; Conduct rounds within the department to proactively approach patients, answer questions, and provide guidance; Public service (scheduling consultations and examinations, checking in patients at reception, etc.) and telephone service (contacting patients to inform them about upcoming consultations and scheduling as needed); Stay informed and up-to-date on health insurance plans and types of examinations to properly advise customers; Schedule and reschedule appointments as necessary; Support the customer service team leader in handling regional ombudsman matters and other duties relevant to the position.
