**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform administrative tasks for the department, monitoring methods and workflows;
* Monitor, execute, and provide support for administrative activities within the area;
* Prepare monitoring reports on administrative activities, acting as support to the production department;
* Submit purchase requests and register invoices via the system;
* Arrange meal services for unit employees;
* Comply with general occupational health and safety regulations, as well as internal company policies.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word);
* Experience in invoice entry and purchase request processing will be considered an advantage;
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility regarding deadlines;
* Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate well;
* Capacity to handle multiple administrative tasks and demands;
* Basic knowledge of administrative systems;
