




Job Summary: Responsible for administrative routines, document control and performance indicators, support in procurement processes, employee assistance, and facilities management. Control of spreadsheets and area indicators Responsible for controlling spreadsheets, performance indicators, and departmental documents; also provides support in procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, tracking, and invoice verification. Handles incident ticket opening and management, provides employee assistance, and supports internal communication. Assists suppliers and routine maintenance, cleaning, and uniform management activities, as well as manages facilities inventory and supplies. Supports cost analysis and budgetary control for the department, monitors third-party suppliers to ensure scope and SLA compliance, and assists in managing mandatory documentation—including contractual, legal, and safety aspects.
