




Job Summary: This role involves personal, telephone, and email customer service, managing complaints, suggestions, and compliments, and developing action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Measurement of satisfaction surveys **Completed High School and/or currently enrolled in higher education.** * **Responsibilities:** * Personal, telephone, email, or web-form-based handling of * complaints, suggestions, compliments, and other information; * Create and maintain indicators for recurring complaints, informing responsible departments so that action plans and follow-ups can be developed to prevent such complaints from reoccurring (effectiveness of action plans); * Measure satisfaction surveys across all departments; * Request Home Care and ambulance services; * Handle requests for medical record copies.
