Responsibilities: \* Availability of Schedule. Flexibility to work at various times, ensuring continuous warehouse operations; \* Organization and attention to detail. Essential to maintain inventory order and prevent errors in processes; \* Knowledge of Office Suite. Ability to use tools such as Excel and Word for control and reporting; \* Assist the warehouse manager in receiving and delivering materials; \* Verify invoices according to delivery or service; \* Assist in inventory control and replenishment — stock counting and restocking requests; \* Inventory Management: Monitor and control material flow, ensuring availability according to demand; \* Goods Reception and Inspection: Ensure received products meet specifications and are in good condition; \* Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and organized environment, facilitating access and agility in withdrawal processes. Required Competencies: Experience in Warehouse Routine. At least 6 months’ experience, already familiar with daily departmental demands, including invoice verification and goods registration; Proactivity, ability to identify improvements and take initiatives to optimize processes; Ability to follow procedures and safety regulations, preventing accidents and losses; Teamwork and good communication, collaborating with colleagues and other departments; Responsibility and commitment, ensuring inventory is always orderly and available for operations.
