Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. **Daily Responsibilities:** Support the General Manager in daily store management, leading teams, controlling inventory, supervising departments (perishables, produce), ensuring product quality and presentation, monitoring sales and performance indicators, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction, acting as the liaison between management and staff to optimize operations and achieve targets. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * **Experience:** Retail food industry experience, team leadership, and departmental leadership (e.g., perishables). * **Skills:** Leadership, communication, organization, proactivity, results orientation, resilience, strong adaptability, and ability to work under pressure. * **Knowledge:** Store organization techniques, inventory management, performance indicators, and basic food hygiene and safety principles. * **Education:** Completed high school; bachelor's degree preferred or currently enrolled. * **Computer Skills:** Basic proficiency, e.g., Excel. **Preferred:** Flexible availability. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or currently enrolled. **Work Location:** Portão \- Curitiba PR **Schedule:** Rotating shift: one week covering store opening from 06:50 AM to 5:00 PM, and the next week covering store closing from 11:00 AM to 10:30 PM **Benefits:** $300.00 Cost-of-Living Allowance \+ Transportation Voucher \+ $500.00 KPI Bonus (for achieved targets) **Salary:** R$4,000.00 (Negotiable) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
