




Supervise the finance department activities of the São José dos Campos regional office, ensuring control, planning, and analysis of the company’s resources. Your responsibilities include supervising accounts payable and receivable, treasury operations, claim recovery (glossa) processes, preparing financial reports, gathering and monitoring departmental KPIs to support strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Knowledge of strategic management; * Leadership, organizational, and analytical skills; * Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality of information; * Negotiation skills in dealings with external service providers and internal departments; * Report and control preparation using spreadsheets, Excel, and dashboards; * Budget planning and internal expense management; * Preparation of monthly financial accountability reports; * Support internal audit inspections, provide assistance, and deliver corporate reporting through financial reports, documents, and other departmental information; * Monitor claim recovery (glossa) receipts via internal controls; * Contact health insurance operators to ensure outstanding payments (billing and claim recovery); * Participate in internal and external meetings for alignment and process improvement; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields; * Prior experience in finance (experience in healthcare is a plus); * Proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and dashboards; A healthcare reference, recognized for people management and female leadership, committed to sustainable best practices and actively engaged in the communities where it operates, Grupo Sabin was founded in Brazil’s federal capital in 1984 by two entrepreneurs, Janete Vaz and Sandra Soares Costa.
