Their responsibility will be to complete the educational program, comply with the training entity's regulations, and develop technical and behavioral competencies related to the contracted technical course. Why you'll love being our Apprentice? • Competitive Apprentice Salary: It's an incentive; development is more important; • Pluxee Card (VA and/or VR): Great support for daily meals/food; • Christmas Basket: A special gesture at year-end; • Health Insurance Plan: Comprehensive care for you; • Dental Insurance Plan: Always up-to-date oral health; • Life Insurance (at no cost): Protection for you; • Transportation Allowance: Ease your daily commute; • Medication Assistance: Financial support for treatments and prescriptions; • Wellhub: Access to gyms and physical activities; • Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, social, nutritional, legal, and financial counseling; Responsibilities and Duties • Attend theoretical and practical classes offered by the Training Entity, as per the technical course curriculum; • Fully comply with the daily and weekly training schedule, including class hours, minimum attendance requirements, and academic calendar; • Follow all rules outlined in the School Regulations, including discipline, conduct, and safety rules; • Maintain satisfactory academic performance, keeping up with evaluations, projects, and technical activities specified in the pedagogical plan; • Submit to HR/manager, upon request, attendance certificates, grades, and reports issued by the Training Entity; • Take care of materials, equipment, and facilities used during the training process; • Demonstrate ethical conduct, respect for coexistence norms, and alignment with company culture; • Develop technical and socioemotional skills outlined in the program, including communication, organization, responsibility, and teamwork; • Fully adhere to the academic calendar, including recess periods defined by the Training Entity; • Properly use mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required by the Training Entity, where applicable to the course; • Represent the company responsibly and committedly throughout the program. Requirements and Qualifications ✅ Enrolled in the corresponding technical course at the Training Entity; ✅ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and the Training Entity's rules; ✅ Ability to travel to the school; ✅ Proper use of required PPE, where applicable to the course; ✅ Submission of basic documentation for hiring; ✅ For candidates under 18 years old: presence of a legal guardian when requested.
