We’re proud to be shaping the future of energy in Brazil! ***Ready to grow with us?*** **\#vemsercomgás** **Responsibilities and Duties** You will ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain by communicating with other company departments and driving process improvements. * Participate in building the Supply Chain Opex budget and monitor monthly departmental performance to optimize results. * Manage recoverable inventory losses not justified by suppliers. * Serve as the focal point for communications between Supply Chain managers and weekly reporting to the Executive Board via reports, presentations, and announcements. * Manage the workflow of invoices stalled at the Materials Management stage. * Evaluate procurement negotiators’ adherence to governance procedures and guide them toward best practices in negotiation and compliance with established Supply Chain governance standards. * Ensure stability and compliance of the Supply Chain webpage and SupplyFlix platform with training content for buyers, planners, and internal Supply Chain customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields). * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERPs used in the field. * Experience in process improvement and automation (RPA), project management, procurement support, content governance, and cross-functional innovation. * Preferred: Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP Ariba. **Additional Information** We know eating well makes all the difference—so we offer: **Meal Voucher** **Food Voucher** **For us, well-being goes far beyond the basics.
