




Job Summary: Ensure control, organization, and movement of materials, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and supporting operations through standardized processes. Key Highlights: 1. Receive and inspect materials, recording entries and exits in systems. 2. Organize inventory, conduct stocktaking, and monitor item levels. 3. Ensure appropriate storage conditions and comply with safety regulations. Ensure control, organization, and correct handling of materials, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, efficient internal department support, and operational support for the company through safe, accurate, and standardized warehousing processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** Receive materials, verifying invoices, quantities, specifications, and item integrity. Record entries and exits in management systems (ERP/WMS) or spreadsheets. Organize inventory by location addressing, ensuring clear identification and easy retrieval. Pick and deliver materials according to internal requisitions from maintenance, production, logistics, and other departments. Conduct rotating and periodic inventories, ensuring accuracy and identifying discrepancies. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels, flagging replenishment needs. Track obsolete, damaged, or near-expiry materials, reporting to management. Prepare materials for internal or external dispatch per established procedures. Ensure appropriate storage conditions (cleanliness, safety, standardization). Maintain organized files, records, and documentation. Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
