Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising logistics activities, ensuring material compliance, and managing inventories in a modular construction environment. We work with structured processes, committed technical teams, and a strong commitment to deadlines and excellence in project delivery. **Responsibilities** * Technically supervise operational activities related to collection, inspection, storage, control, and distribution of materials and equipment; * Receive and inspect imported goods or internally returned items, verify transfer documents, perform required registrations, and label materials for storage; * Ensure received materials comply with quality standards, technical specifications, and fiscal documentation; * Monitor inventory levels, analyze consumption history and material shelf life, and provide preventive replenishments; * Inspect, record, validate, and update information in systems and documents related to collection, storage, distribution, and transportation of materials; * Manage fixed assets control for tools, machinery, and equipment, maintaining updated records of movements and returns; * Support material deliveries to job sites when necessary, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical compliance; * Monitor availability of materials, tools, and equipment, requesting replenishment or maintenance as needed; * Comply with and ensure adherence to safety regulations, operational procedures, and best storage practices; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, contributing to a safe and productive environment; * Perform other duties compatible with the position. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed High School. **Education:** * Technical or vocational training in Logistics, Warehousing, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics; * Knowledge of inventory control and management systems; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail.
