We are seeking an **Agricultural Shift Manager** to join the **EAB** team in **Araraquara/SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Manage agricultural operational processes and teams—including harvesting, transportation, and shift support—with emphasis on efficiency and integration across the entire process. * Ensure operational synergy among harvesting, transportation, and support areas, including industrial supply; * Analyze and stratify operational data to improve agricultural operational performance, pursuing efficiency and optimization of mechanized resources while reducing costs for better operational efficiency. * Serve as the interface between agricultural operations; * Plan, control budgets, and manage costs associated with operations; * Ensure execution of activities in compliance with Health and Safety regulations; **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Brazilian National Driver’s License, minimum category B; * Experience in team management; * Preferred: Knowledge of Agricultural Production Management Systems (SGPA), agricultural automation, and georeferencing; * Willingness to relocate to Araraquara/SP or Américo Brasiliense/SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: A more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
