Support field teams and organize work areas IAGRO is seeking an Agricultural Machinery Operator to conduct field operations, supporting soil preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting activities, thereby contributing to the institution's technical and operational development. We seek a responsible professional who handles equipment carefully and strictly adheres to safety regulations, with experience operating agricultural machinery and availability to work in the Araguaia region. Main Responsibilities * Operate tractors, planters, sprayers, fertilizer applicators, and harvesting machines. * Execute agricultural operations including soil preparation, planting, crop management, and harvesting. * Adjust and calibrate implements according to technical guidelines. * Operate agricultural machinery with attention, safety, and precision. * Support field teams in operational activities and organization of work areas. * Perform basic preventive maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and equipment inspections. * Record machine operating hours, fueling, and operational checklists. * Immediately report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Maintain machinery, implements, and work areas organized and in good condition. * Strictly comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Mandatory Requirements * Completed elementary education. * Experience operating agricultural machinery and implements. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Class D. * Basic knowledge of equipment preventive maintenance. * Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage. Desirable Requirements * Training course in Agricultural Machinery Operation or equivalent. * Knowledge or experience operating agricultural drones. Desired Profile * Responsibility and care for equipment. * Discipline in following instructions and procedures. * Attention to detail and operational precision. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Proactivity and strong communication skills with field teams.
