Analyze strategic support materials submitted by clients to draft defenses and meet deadlines. Draft procedural documents based on templates and under supervision; file submissions and maintain internal system records of cases. Participate in hearings and negotiations, managing cases across various judicial instances. Request documents and calculations; manage deadlines related to court fees and procedural forms. Guide the legal support team on operational tasks and contribute to standardizing workflows. Collaborate on quality management and regulatory compliance (ISO 9001\), identifying improvements and supporting audits. Ensure data protection and information security, promoting practices that guarantee integrity and compliance of processes under your responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to embody the \#ReisWayOfBeing:** Bachelor’s degree in Law with active OAB registration; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; Experience in legal activities and related fields; **Additional Information** Must reside in cities near the office.
