**MISSION:** Provide legal support to the Concessionaire's activities, technically and operationally advising internal departments, drafting low-complexity contracts, and supporting litigation and administrative proceedings management, thereby contributing to the efficient and secure conduct of business, ensuring legal compliance of airport operations, and mitigating legal risks—efficiently and securely supporting organizational sustainability. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide legal assistance to the Concessionaire's internal departments in day-to-day activities under supervision, ensuring proper operational conduct within applicable legal and regulatory limits; * Support the analysis of low-complexity legal matters, contributing to risk identification and correct application of current legal frameworks; * Draft and review low-complexity contracts, such as service agreements, commercial contracts, supply agreements, lease agreements, and related instruments, under the guidance of the legal leadership; * Support the legal validation of various documents—including terms, amendments, addenda, notifications, and formal communications—ensuring adherence to internal templates and guidelines; * Draft extrajudicial notices and legal letters requested by management departments, focusing on protecting the Concessionaire's interests; * Support the Concessionaire's litigation and advisory management, including process information control and updates, monitoring official publications, and organizing documents; * Assist in gathering supporting materials and managing deadlines for preparing defenses and submissions in administrative and judicial proceedings, under the legal manager's guidance; * Support the preparation of periodic litigation reports and information for internal and external audits; * Assist in drafting, organizing, managing, and archiving powers of attorney, corporate documents, and other legal records, maintaining validity and term expiration controls; * Support the organization of internal legal department workflows, contributing to procedural standardization and routine optimization; * Maintain interface with the Concessionaire's internal departments to collect information, clarify operational questions, and support the execution of legal activities; * Demonstrate a collaborative attitude, sense of responsibility, and commitment to continuous learning and technical\-professional development; * Act in alignment with the Concessionaire's culture, values, objectives, and goals, contributing improvement suggestions and enhancing the quality of legal deliverables; * Comply with procedures, internal regulations, and corporate guidelines, ensuring safe working conditions, occupational health and safety, and environmental protection; **EDUCATION:** Completed Law degree with active OAB registration **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * Securities Law; * Contract Law; * Civil Liability; * Advanced English **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Specialization in Contracts / Civil Law / Civil Procedure / Public Law; * Contract Management Systems; * Advanced French and Spanish; * Fluent English **At VINCI Airports, our employees’ well-being is our top priority—and by joining our team, you will have access to:** * Health and Dental Plan: comprehensive coverage with Bradesco; * Meal Voucher: fully paid during vacations; * Wellhub: access to gyms and physical activities to promote your health and well-being; * Life Insurance: additional protection for you; * Castor Program: purchase shares of the VINCI Group, offering the opportunity to become a shareholder of the world’s largest private airport operator; * Remote Work: one day per week; * Continuous Learning Environment: investment in your professional development through courses and training; * Childcare Assistance and School Reimbursement: for dependents, subject to eligibility rules. **Why join us?** Our purpose is: CONNECT TO TRANSFORM But what does "Connect to Transform" mean?
