Document organization and sectoral demand support * Responsible for supporting and executing administrative activities, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes. * Works under supervision, focusing on operational routines, document organization, information control, and administrative support for the department. * Controls unit costs, ensuring budget compliance according to the approved budget; * Manages inventory, ensuring products comply with quality procedures and safety stock levels to prevent stockouts; * Updates procurement indicators, targets, clean surplus, remaining intake, and costs, ensuring unit compliance. * Assists in organizing and controlling documents, files, and correspondence. * Manages team or leadership schedules, meetings, and appointments. * Monitors procurement processes, inventory control, or contracts, as applicable to the area of responsibility. * Ensures adherence to established deadlines and procedures. * Required: Completed High School Education * Preferred: Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration or related fields * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role * Knowledge of Tecfood system required WORK SCHEDULE \- 5X2: MONDAY TO FRIDAY WORK HOURS: 08:00 to 17:48 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Briefly describe your administrative experience in industrial restaurants Work Location: On-site
