




Job Summary: A professional to support the Human Resources department in mobilizing and demobilizing external contract teams, managing activities and indicators, and representing the company to the client. Team leadership and activity management **Job Responsibilities** Ø Support the Human Resources department in mobilizing medium- and high-complexity external contract teams, planning activities, interviewing candidates, and hiring. Ø Assist the Contract Manager in administering external contract teams by implementing HR policies and practices in accordance with company guidelines and procedures, interacting with team members, the HR department, and other involved departments. Ø Define objectives, rules, and conditions jointly with the contingent of service providers, acting with commitment, ethics, and partnership. Ø Conduct team demobilization, implementing the plan and coordinating with the Contract Manager and relevant departments on termination procedures. Ø Issue and control monthly measurements (BMM). Ø Control payments and invoicing. Ø Manage team activities, verifying and monitoring adherence to the planned schedule according to client requirements, arranging necessary resources and ensuring deadlines are met. Ø Manage contract-related indicators, recording data, evaluating results, and reporting to the Contract Manager. Ø Represent the company to the client, participating in contractor meetings, audits (as scheduled by the client), and assessing satisfaction with services delivered. Ø Lead support-level work teams assigned to external contracts, communicating, disseminating, and guiding on company matters per established directives, listening to and routing requests, and coordinating with the Contract Manager and relevant departments for resolution. Ø Perform other specific duties within the scope of this position and as required by necessary qualifications, following instructions from the immediate supervisor. **Education / Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, and/or Law **Knowledge:** Windows, MS\-Word, MS\-Excel. **Skills:** Ability to Work in a Team Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail Control Organization **Knowledge:** Advanced Excel **Skills:** Proactive Verbal Fluency Time Management **Salary:** R$ 2\.500,00 \+ 30% hazard allowance **Work Regime:** On-site \- 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM\) **Service Location:** Av.
