




Ensure efficient administrative operation of the Siqueira Campos Importation and Distribution units by executing, controlling, and continuously improving operational processes, thereby guaranteeing necessary support to internal departments and compliance with corporate standards. Develop improvements in the branch's administrative processes; Standardize local administrative procedures according to head office guidelines; Generate analytical reports to support leadership decision-making; Support external audits by gathering and providing documentary evidence and justifications; Support leadership in results and planning meetings; Train and mentor new administrative assistants; Monitor and critically analyze administrative performance indicators; Propose actions to reduce administrative operational costs; Support leadership in reviewing local contracts and addenda; Assess compliance with internal policies and regulations; Participate in internal committees or operational forums; Direct communication with supervisors, coordinators, and regional managers; Manage confidential documentation responsibly and securely; Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative routines. REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed High School * Extensive experience in administrative roles, including issuance of fiscal invoices * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint); experience working with ERPs
