Preparing and sending correspondence, e\-mails, and other necessary documents. Assisting in preparing reports and presentations. Performing financial control support tasks, such as updating sales spreadsheets, physician reimbursement records, etc. Supporting the reception team with administrative needs. Updating various spreadsheets. Providing support to other administrative departments (Billing, Purchasing, HR, and Finance). **What we expect from you:** **Technical Competencies:** High school diploma, plus experience in administrative routines. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with basic administrative and financial procedures. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
