Provides essential support in HR and Occupational Safety processes The Administrative Assistant (HR/Occupational Safety) is responsible for centralized administrative support, with a focus on documentary compliance for service delivery. The role operates at the interface between HR and Occupational Safety, ensuring all employees are qualified, properly documented, and authorized to access client facilities, adhering to deadlines and technical standards. Client Integration and Mobilization * Identify the documentation required by each client for service providers’ entry; * Upload documents to third-party management platforms according to demands and priorities; * Monitor approval and access authorization statuses; * Ensure strict adherence to submission of posted documents; Occupational Safety Support (SST) * **Health Management:** Track expiration schedule of **ASO (Occupational Health Certificate);** * Schedule medical examinations (admission, periodic, and dismissal) with accredited clinics; * Organize certificates of mandatory training to compile the employee’s dossier. **HR Support** * Organize admission documents and maintain updated personnel files (physical and digital); * Support timekeeping control and distribution of benefits and PPE; * Serve as the primary contact point for basic inquiries from field-based employees; * Register new employees in the company’s internal system, entering personal and professional information; * Assist in organizing employee training sessions and onboarding, ensuring participation and attendance registration; * Support preparation of reports and spreadsheets related to HR and Occupational Safety activities, consolidating data and information; * Contribute to recruitment and selection of new employees, performing resume screening and interview scheduling; * Assist in internal communication, disseminating announcements, events, and relevant information to employees; * Manage admission, periodic, and dismissal medical examinations, ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations; * Collaborate in organizing employee integration and well-being events and initiatives, promoting team engagement and motivation; * Perform other administrative support tasks as required and directed by leadership.
