We seek a versatile professional who can coordinate, integrate, and implement assigned administrative or personnel functions. **RESPONSIBILITIES** --------------------- * Perform routine administrative tasks within established procedures. * Enter data into standard forms and templates, and file physical and electronic documents. * Handle basic administrative, technical, or customer support issues under direct supervision, escalating more complex matters to the appropriate team. **QUALIFICATIONS** ----------------- **Minimum** * High school diploma or equivalent * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Experience with administrative routines * Familiarity with invoices (receipt, verification, and generation) * Availability to work on a 6x2 schedule \- Second shift (3:30 PM \- 11:00 PM) **Preferred** * Familiarity with administrative routines in operational, industrial, or logistics environments (e.g., vehicle entry/exit control, physical and electronic document registration and organization, data entry into internal systems) * Knowledge of or experience with ERP systems or gatehouse/weighbridge systems * Currently pursuing a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
