With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform and monitor administrative routines, ensuring process organization, deadline compliance, and information reliability. * Prepare, analyze, and monitor managerial reports and departmental performance indicators. * Support payment processes by interfacing with Finance, Tax, Warehouse, and Controller departments, ensuring alignment and smooth handling of requests. * Identify opportunities for improvement in administrative processes, proposing and implementing solutions that enhance departmental efficiency and productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills * Dynamic professional capable of problem-solving, negotiating, and assertively managing challenging situations. Must be a team player, responsible, and possess strong communication skills. * Basic Spanish knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
