Job Summary: Responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly accounting closing; preparation of financial statements; and customer service in an accounting office environment. Compliance with accounting standards and legislation Description If you have experience with accounting closing, reconciliations, and enjoy serving customers, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Perform accounting journal entries and reconciliations; Execute monthly accounting closing; Prepare trial balances, balance sheets, and income statements (DRE); Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts; Ensure correct accounting classification of transactions; Provide customer service via **telephone, support tickets, chat, and WhatsApp**; Clarify accounting questions and guide customers on required documents and deadlines; Prepare and monitor submission of ancillary accounting obligations, including **ECD and ECF**; Verify information and validate data for mandatory accounting submissions; Support other departments with accounting and financial information; Identify opportunities to improve internal processes; Ensure compliance with current accounting standards and legislation. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; Active CRC registration or in progress is a plus; Prior experience in the accounting field; Experience with accounting closing and reconciliations; Knowledge of **ECD and ECF** submission; Strong communication skills and experience in customer service; Basic knowledge of accounting and tax legislation; Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency; Experience with ERP systems / accounting software; Analytical, organized, and proactive profile; Experience in accounting offices; Knowledge of companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance without payroll deduction** – Caju Benefits Card; * **Transportation Allowance paid in cash without payroll deduction** – Use it however you prefer; * **Unimed Health Plan** – 50% covered by Senhor Contábil; * **SulAmérica Dental Plan** – Everything you need to maintain optimal oral health; * **Birthday Leave** – Your day.
