Main responsibilities: Control of access for people and vehicles; Visitor registration in the system; CCTV monitoring; Intercom attendance and resident support; Delivery and registration of packages and correspondence; Completion of occurrence reports; Compliance with the condominium's internal procedures. Requirements: High school diploma; Previous experience as an access controller or doorman (preferably in condominiums); Good communication skills, attention to detail, and professional demeanor; Basic computer knowledge; Flexible availability.
