Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring and controlling the access of people, vehicles, and cargo, as well as managing deliveries and communications in companies and condominiums. Key Highlights: 1. Access control and security 2. Delivery and communication management 3. Visitor identification and registration Monitor and restrict the flow of people, vehicles, and cargo in companies and condominiums. Identify and register employees, residents, visitors, and service providers, granting or restricting access according to regulations. Receive deliveries and ensure they are directed to the correct recipients. Answer telephone and intercom calls, and communicate with visitors to notify residents or internal staff.
