Mentor mid-level and junior developers About the Positions The positions are for a strategic telecommunications project, focusing on development and maintenance of solutions for the B2B/wholesale segment. The professional will be responsible for developing microservices and high-volume data integrations, using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud tools (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Responsibilities: * Serve as a technical reference in developing and maintaining telecommunications solutions. * Collaborate in defining development architecture and best practices. * Actively participate in maintaining existing integrations and evolving new products. * Mentor mid-level and junior developers. * Support pre-sales processes and technical presentations to clients. Technical Requirements: * Solid Java development experience (Java 11+ preferred). * Proficiency in Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Web, Security, Data). * Experience with API-based integrations (REST), messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and microservices. * Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis). * Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). * Familiarity with API Gateways such as Kong or Apigee. * Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, or ELK). Nice-to-Have: * Knowledge of Golang. * Front-end development experience (React, Vue, or Angular). * Knowledge of API security and CQRS practices. * Experience with PL/SQL and query tuning. *
