The professional will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in creating, defining, conceptualizing, and planning innovative solutions. Candidates are expected to work independently and proactively, demonstrating creativity and high problem-solving competence with minimal supervision. Additionally, excellent organizational and communication skills are required. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with technical and business leadership, actively participating in discussions, proposals, and planning. Responsible for supporting decision-making and conflict resolution; * Serve as the technical reference point for technical questions and resolve critical impasses by providing specialized guidance; * Participate in the entire software development lifecycle—from conception through implementation and operations—leading teams technically and ensuring efficient and agile deliveries; * Be responsible for ensuring the sharing and application of techniques and best practices through presentations, learning sessions (dojos), pair programming, documentation, and other methods. **Key Deliverables:** * Application architecture analysis and design; * Understanding the company’s technical and strategic direction to develop and document application standards aligned with corporate architecture; * Identifying opportunities to create reusable components and APIs across the organization, ensuring reuse by different development teams; * Ensuring secure, scalable, reliable, and resilient implementations; * Monitoring KPIs related to solution architecture governance and reuse; * Conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) with new technologies or in different use cases; * Applying the company’s established data governance standards; * Promoting code reviews and learning sessions (dojos) with the team, encouraging collaboration and continuous learning; * Documenting, optimizing, and maintaining specifications, components, source code, modules, and resources of developed features. **Qualifications** ------------------ **What We’re Looking for in You!** * Experience in technical leadership; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively, plus planning, organizational, and negotiation skills; * Proficiency in Java 17\+, using Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch) and microservices architecture with REST and GraphQL APIs; * Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito, etc.); * Experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with containerized microservices (Docker) and orchestrated environments (Kubernetes); * Experience with application instrumentation and observability (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, etc.); * Knowledge of key software architecture models and patterns, such as DDD, BDD, Microfrontends, Design Patterns, SOLID, Service Mesh, and Enterprise Integration Patterns; * Practical experience with cloud-based application solutions, especially AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, EMR, SQS, etc.); * Knowledge of messaging and event tools such as RabbitMQ and Kafka; * Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with Angular 15\+; * Experience with Spark (Python or Scala); * Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics; * Familiarity with big data solutions, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, ETL, BI, Data Mesh, MLOps, and others. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
