Real opportunity for internal growth Position: Legal Controller (Legal Controllership) **Location:** On-site **Employment Type:** CLT / PJ (to be determined) **Sector:** Banking Law About the Position We seek a **Legal Controller** with an analytical, organized, and results-driven profile to structure, monitor, and optimize the law firm’s controllership workflows. The professional will be responsible for ensuring operational predictability, deadline control, procedural organization, and generation of strategic indicators. Main Responsibilities * Management and monitoring of procedural deadlines * Verification and filing of legal documents * Control of executed contracts and post-sale follow-up * Data entry and auditing of the legal system (e.g., AdvBox or similar) * Monitoring of team tasks and productivity * Preparation of weekly and monthly management reports * Monitoring of legal KPIs (filed lawsuits, active contracts, success rate, internal SLA) * Document organization and standardization of internal workflows * Liaison among Legal, Commercial, and Finance departments Indicators to Monitor * Number of documents produced * Filed lawsuits * Pending and overdue tasks * Average completion time * Executed contracts vs. active contracts * Performance per team member Requirements * Experience in legal controllership * Familiarity with legal systems (AdvBox is a plus) * Proficiency in organizing workflows and tracking deadlines * Analytical mindset with focus on continuous improvement * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications * Experience in banking law * Experience working in target- and indicator-driven law firms * Knowledge of strategic management Behavioral Profile * Highly organized * Proactive * Problem-solving focus * Sense of urgency * Growth mindset What We Offer * Structured and expanding environment * Goal- and results-oriented culture * Real opportunity for internal growth * Active participation in the firm’s strategic organization If you are disciplined, enjoy control, metrics, and strategic organization, this position is for you.
