It provides human resources management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Make telephone calls to potential or existing customers to offer the company's products or services. Answer customer calls to provide information about products, services, pricing, promotions, etc. Record detailed information from each call in CRM or contact management systems. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and improve customer service. Meet the sales targets set by the company. Efficiently and courteously resolve customer issues and complaints. Follow company-provided customer service and sales scripts. Maintain good customer relationships and ensure their satisfaction with the offered products or services. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance customer service and sales skills.
