Support for WAN network environments and network topologies **Responsibilities** * Administer and support VOIP telephony solutions * Perform integrations with automatic dialers * Configure and maintain IVRs and inbound routing flows * Analyze and dimension channels for outbound and inbound operations * Support the architecture, configuration, and maintenance of WAN network environments * Work with network topologies, routing, and connectivity * Identify and resolve incidents related to telephony and networks **Required Skills and Knowledge** * Knowledge of **VOIP telephony solutions** * Experience with **dialer integrations** * Knowledge of **IVR configuration and inbound routing** * Analytical ability for **channel dimensioning** in contact centers * Knowledge of **WAN technologies** * Knowledge of **network topologies and routing** **Desirable** * Experience in **active telemarketing companies**, using **Code7 (Ayty)** and **Rede Service (DSS)** dialers * Experience in inbound environments such as **Genesys, Twilio, and Cisco** **Work Schedule:** 6x1 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
