Minimum two years of proven sales experience (internal or external, in-person or remote). * Prior work experience at a school is a plus. • Required computer skills: basic Word, basic Excel, basic PowerPoint, internet, and digital media. • Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in administration, advertising and marketing, digital marketing, commercial management, or related fields is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, commitment, extroversion and communicativeness, empathy, resilience, active listening, focus, organization, proactivity, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure. * Negotiation skills and strong communication skills (both written and spoken) are required. • Must reside in the southern region of São José dos Campos.
