This role involves direct customer interaction, focusing on negotiation, guidance, and resolution of requests, ensuring a positive service experience. Key responsibilities include: * Providing active and responsive customer service; * Conducting debt negotiations in accordance with company policies; * Accurately recording interaction details in the system; * Maintaining focus on quality, targets, and results; * Contributing to continuous improvement of service processes. This is an on-site position with a **part-time schedule (6 hours per day)**. **Qualifications** * Customer Service * Proficiency in customer service and negotiation, ensuring quality customer relationships and effective handling of discussions. * Communication * Ability to communicate clearly and objectively, both verbally and in writing, enabling effective interactions. * Prior experience or interest in call center and/or telecollections roles will be considered a plus. * Technological Competencies * Familiarity with basic computer tools and information recording systems. **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity, teamwork skills, and completion of high school—or current enrollment in technical or undergraduate studies in related fields—will be considered advantageous.
