We are looking for a **Psychologist** with a keen eye for people, human behavior, and development—a versatile professional capable of operating across diverse contexts, supporting internal initiatives, and contributing fresh ideas to reinforce our communication, organizational climate, and practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine will include:** * Conducting individual psychological counseling sessions with employees, providing emotional support, guidance, and assistance for personal and professional development. * Identifying employees’ psychological needs and making external specialized referrals when necessary. * Ensuring confidentiality and professional ethics in all counseling sessions conducted. * Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments related to mental health, well-being, and organizational climate. * Monitoring and analyzing psychosocial indicators, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Preparing reports, analyses, and managerial presentations containing results, diagnoses, and recommendations, respecting the confidentiality of individual information. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we seek in you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology. * Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP). * Knowledge of indicator analysis, report writing, and presentation development. * Experience conducting individual counseling sessions. * Specialization in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) is desirable. **Soft Skills** * Professional ethics and confidentiality. * Active listening, empathy, and interpersonal sensitivity. * Analytical ability and systemic vision. * Clear and assertive communication. * Organization and priority management. * Collaborative teamwork. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance: R$ 8.60 per day | via Caju Card * Meal Allowance: R$ 35.00 per day | via Caju Card * Health Insurance: Hapvida * Dental Insurance: Bradesco Dental * Life Insurance * Discount on GAV Resorts for use during vacations, subject to availability and internal rules * Breakfast and afternoon snack Since 2014, we have pursued an accelerated growth path and today stand as a reference in the fractional ownership market.
